TRASH STASH REV 1.0 MAKER LICENSE

1. COVERED MATERIAL
This license applies only to the files specifically identified by Echo Werks LLC as the “Trash Stash Rev 1.0 Maker Release” (the “Files”). It does not cover Trash Stash Rev 2.0, production tooling, manufacturing files, trademarks, logos, product artwork, or other Echo Werks materials.

2. PERMITTED USE
After Echo Werks approves access, the recipient may:
- store one working copy and reasonable personal backups of the Files;
- modify the Files for personal, educational, prototyping, or internal jobsite evaluation; and
- print reasonable quantities for the recipient’s own non-commercial use.

3. USES REQUIRING SEPARATE WRITTEN PERMISSION
The recipient may not, without separate written permission from Echo Werks LLC:
- sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially manufacture prints made from the Files;
- distribute, publish, upload, share, or transfer the Files or modified versions;
- offer printing, fulfillment, or manufacturing services based on the Files;
- remove ownership, revision, or attribution information; or
- use Trash Stash™, Hardware Saver™, Echo Werks®, related logos, or product artwork as the recipient’s own brand.

4. ATTRIBUTION AND VERSIONING
When showing an authorized Rev 1.0 print publicly, identify it as “Trash Stash Rev 1.0 — designed by Echo Werks LLC.” Do not describe a modified print as a Rev 2.0 or production product.

5. SAFETY AND MAKER RESPONSIBILITY
The recipient is responsible for printer setup, material selection, slicer settings, hardware, magnet retention, tolerances, assembly, inspection, maintenance, and safe use. Trash Stash is not personal protective equipment, fall protection, a tool tether, a climbing anchor, or a container for food, hot material, blades, batteries, chemicals, biohazards, or energized parts. Magnets may pinch and may interfere with medical devices, magnetic media, compasses, or sensitive electronics.

6. NO TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The Files are licensed, not sold. Echo Werks LLC retains all ownership and intellectual-property rights in the Files and the underlying product design. No patent, trademark, trade-dress, production, or manufacturing right is granted by implication.

7. AS-IS MAKER RELEASE
The Files are an early maker release and are provided for evaluation in their available condition. Finished results vary by printer, material, settings, hardware, and assembly. This license does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. TERMINATION
This license ends automatically if the recipient violates its terms. On termination, the recipient must stop using and delete the Files and may not make additional prints.

9. COMMERCIAL OR EDUCATIONAL LICENSING
For classroom distribution, makerspace deployment, resale, manufacturing, promotional runs, or commercial licensing, request separate written terms from Echo Werks LLC through https://echowerks.com/trash-stash.
